BRP CanAm Event at McKean County Raceway Reset for Thursday July 27 E. Smethport, PA…Rain postponed the 4th Annual Brock Young Memorial for the BRP CanAm Late Models at McKean County Raceway. The One For Twenty Two event which was planned for Saturday July 22 has been rescheduled to Thursday July 27. Gates will open at 5PM on Thursday for a 7PM start for event #5 of the 2006 BRP CanAm Series. The $1422 winner’s share of the purse has been pushed to near $2000 with an aggressive lap sponsor program. In addition the race teams will be competing for F/A Products – Clevite Engine Parts heat race awards, Ed Carley Motorsports B-Main awards, DART Heads Hard Charger Award, Brad Penn pole awards and points towards the $20,000+ point fund.
